This piece came about when I was asked to assist with raising awareness about the rights and privileges that ex-cons have and don't have. There is a lot of misinformation in the streets about voting rights, liberties, and abilities of folk who have paid their debts to society. Everyone needs to be educated about these things and there are some great organizations across this country working to do just that. That's what this piece, called "Second Chance" is about.
